• First Session Intake: 75 min $150
• Additional Sessions: 45-50 min $125
• Telephone consultations and email correspondence requiring more than 15 minutes will be prorated at $125/hour

All fees are required at the time of service. Imagine Change Counseling and Psychotherapy, PLLC accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.

Imagine Change Counseling and Psychotherapy, PLLC is contracted with Alma and Headway services to manage my billing and admin work for Telehealth services, so I can place all my focus on our work together. Both, Alma and Headway manages everything related to payments and insurance to make things as easy as possible for you. I am contracted with the following insurance companies through Alma and Headway:

United Healthcare (UHC), Aetna, and Cigna

For in person services, I see clients through Selah Counseling Services. At Selah Counseling. Please reach out to determine current scheduling options and availability. I am contracted with Selah Counseling for the following insurances:

For your convenience, Imagine Change Counseling and Psychotherapy, PLLC offers optional reminder texts to notify you of your appointments. If you do not arrive for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified the office at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be required to pay the full fee for the time of the appointment.
